					<description>Yep I agree most of the law inforcment authority are just rearranging the problem rather than solving it resultant  primarly it seems that they have solved it out but in fact it remain their.

 However I would suggest they should launch some general awareness program to educate specific community that they are going to target as far as security is concerned.</description>
