No particular site comes to mind actually. It is pretty about coming up with a professional looking format, and over time refining it. There are some sites which have sample formats but the link does not come to mind readily. Good luck!

I’m actually in the process now of planning to become a contractor. I’m scheduled to take some classes in my area very soon about the key things to include in proposals, how to format them, etc. Do you have any recommended links?
